Novo Spa is a 5,000-square-foot oasis located in Toronto’s celebrated Yorkville neighbourhood. Husband-and-wife team Gabriel Fernandez and Nora Londono own the urban sanctuary, while son Gabriel is the spa manager. After immigrating to Canada from Colombia in 2003, the family realized a long-held dream by opening Novo Spa in 2005. “The location was perfect,” says Gabriel Jr.

There is so much competition in the area that he knows they must always produce quality service in a clean and relaxing environment. “Our focus is always customer service," he adds. "The guests are our priority.”
