Voucher terms not honoured & poor scheduling.
PROBLEM #1 - I purchased a voucher for 12 months worth of hair removal, however when I showed up for my first appointment I was informed that the voucher would only be honoured for 6 months instead of 12 months. Although they were aware of the error and admitted that they had received complaints from other customers, they did not proactively notify their customers, and they did not mention the error when I first called to book the appointment. PROBLEM #2 - The terms of the voucher allowed a single customer to purchase two vouchers, which I did, however they then refused to book two appointments on the same day because 'some people have a lot of vouchers'. They refused even when their schedule clearly showed plenty of availability on the same day. As a result, I had to rearrange my schedule on two days in the same week, travel through downtown traffic for two days on the same week, pay for parking two days on the same week, and they expected me to continue this for the duration of the treatement period. PROBLEM # 3 - They expected me to pay an additional fee for a missed appointment, which was already pre-paid through a voucher, when they were not honouring the terms of the voucher and were going out of their way to make it very inconvenient for me to schedule appointments.
