They certified a van that I bought at a car lot in Mississauga. It was a total bogus job. The van had so many deficiencies that were obvious when the van was on a lift. Broken axle, torn rubber on CV joint, flex line bent into the axle, cap of one rear shock rotted almost completely away, muffler rusted totally brown and pitted, ball joints are worn, exhaust leaking. Under the hood, the ignition coil not working properly causing engine to misfire..more problems but not enough room here to list.
