Owners Dimitra and Dill Doufekas encourage customers to rummage through the drawers and in the closet in this concept store-come-apartment. “The store is set up as a fully functioning, second-floor apartment. You come on up and at the door turn left into the kitchen and an artsy workspace,” explains Dimitra. “You turn right to the bedroom and the family room. The stock all reflects the space it’s in.”
It’s a fun and voyeuristic shopping experience and, be it a 9-to-5 clock, an equal area map or some monument art from England, you also get to be inspired by seeing how objects appear in a home setting.
