I purchased a property with Enercare hot water tank inside. Its been a week and I have yet to hear from anyone at the company about rates and plans. Just get the run around. If your thinking of using this company for anything DONT!

i would give 0 stars! Enercare does not care! This company has no heart, no soul and no manners. been out of hot water since friday. have 3 young kids, and one being a 9 month old, and we havent had any hot water and today is sunday. every person i talk to gives different stories. Friday - called had no help and given appointment for saturday 8pm-12am bc i had few showings in Bancroft. Saturday- rush from Bancroft 3 hr drive and no one showed but left message that they resceduled me for sun

Any local heating company is more honest than Enercare.

If you pay for the Enercare “Protection Plan", they will declare dangerous your perfectly working furnace at the age when they estimate it may start breaking, so they won’t have to honor their repairs promise. On the yearly furnace cleaning appointment they will come in your house, declare the heat exchanger defective (without doing any emissions testing), disable it, red flag it, refuse to pay for the useless repair (not covered by the plan), and force you into buying a new furnace.
