    I stop here occasionally on my way to work. Usually order a medium coffee and sometimes a bagel toasted with cream cheese or a breakfast sandwich last 3 times in a matter of 3 weeks the food was served cold. How is a toasted bagel cold and dry? Today the breakfast sandwich had cold cheese and even the egg was cold. Totally disgusting. I have had it with this place will NEVER return again.

    I utterly disgust...

    I utterly disgusted with the customer service at this store, this was the absolute first time that I have ever had awful customer service at a Tim Horton's. I ordered a LARGE ORIGINAL frozen lemonade and instead get a raspberry, I kindly said that I had ordered an original and the woman with attitude goes to make me one, only for her to come back with a small. -.- And then while I was sitting in the Tim Horton's I got to listen to them talk about me behind my back. I will not be returning!

    Sometimes orders are right sometimes wrong

    I hate it when they get the order wrong. Just because "everyone" orders coffee does not mean that my tea should end up being served to me as coffee. Or when I ask for 3 milks and 1 sugar in my tea they usually put 3 sugars and 1 milk. Is asking for more than one milk that unusual? I wish they would pay attention to the orders more but I have been told it is hard as they now do drive through at the same time as serving customers inside. Perhaps it was thought that this was more cost effective but if it is making their job so much harder that their accuracy has gone down the drain maybe it should go back to the old way of a dedicated person doing drive through and the rest doing inside.
