Worst vet experience I’ve had. Worst clinic experience I’ve had. Worst care I’ve received for my pet. If there’s anything I’ve had to learn through this clinic and the situations they’ve put peoples pets in, its that this clinic only cares about profit. PLEASE get estimates elsewhere from any other vet before allowing this clinic to treat your animal. There is nothing but profit on the staff and vet’s mind, and your animals deserve better than them. I wish I had known before I went.

When my cat became ill, they fit her in immediately! We were so worried, but their professional really helped. The staff handled the covid precautions seamlessly and cautiously. Communications were excellent. They also didnt gouge me on fees. Never had a better vet experience in 40+ years of pet ownership!

After being in London for five hours at the emergency vet there, they still wouldn’t even take a look at my dog while it sat in their crate for five hours I ended up getting my dog back and drove straight to Windsor, Walker Road Animal Hospital save my dogs life and at a reasonable price and a very fast treatment! I will stand behind this review 100%

Poor treatment of my dog who was having trouble breathing. They didn’t see this as an emergency. The receptionists priority was telling everyone it was going to be a long wait, period end of story. No one asked what was wrong...didn’t check her ....just “It’s going to be a long wait have a seat.” And it was. She needed a procedure that the vet had never done before. He was nice enough but didn’t foster confidence...seemed more interested in covering his ass ...I could go on if I had more room.

Excellent care and compassionate staff on a very busy Labor Day weekend 2018 for our dogs Eye. He is almost completely recovered in just 3 days!

Will not let me put in 0 stars. Took in my 1 year old Golden Monday morning, (a holiday) she was very constipated. After waiting hours in the office and for xray results they found a blockage. At 1:30 Wednesday morning I am told they cannot do the operation because they are moving to a new building. I found a vet Wednesday morning that would do it. They went in and found no blockage. Long nightmare short, Thursday morning my beautiful little girl died in my arms in the vets office.

Puppy got stung, went to lauzon animal hospital and they had no vet. Unbelievable!!! Went to walker road and they were fantastic. Thinking of changing vet for my two dogs, reasonable prices and great service.

Incredible caregivers for both animals and owners

I was fortunate enough to find this animal hospital about 15 years ago when I moved to the Walkerville area, and while I am now on the other side of town, I still go here because of the incredible care. Our pets have been cared for by both Dr. Kaye and Dr. DeLuca several times, and I am always astonished at their capacity for genuine empathy after all these years, in spite of the very difficult decisions they must have to make. They are so very gentle and compassionate, and treat both the animals and the owners with such genuine respect. I have worked with some very special vets over the years, but the ones at this hospital, and their staff, are truly extraordinary. They are the best kind of people, and I am so very grateful for what they have done for us over the years. If you have a pet (or rescued animal) in need of emergency care, this is the place you need to be. 5 stars honestly isn't enough. Eternal thanks to them for their compassion and care -- Susan.

Brought my cat in as she was very sick. They ran some tests and put my cat on some meds and special food. They were very caring and kind to my sick cat. Thank you for your kind care.
