Canadian Tire General Store

Horrible store manager, refuse to accept returns (no touched kid ski helmets) simply because it is the end of season (accepted with no issues in other store) Walk away from customers. This is one of those franchised stores, really different level of services and attitude from true Canadian Tire brand. Watch out!!

I love to shop in this store, it has reasonable price and a lot of varieties..People are kind and prompt to help if you ask for it!!

Best service i have received out of all the Canadian Tire stores I have been too. A/C wasant working on my truck and they took the time to find the exact problem. Other two Canadian Tires i have been said they cant figure it out and go to the dealer. This location fixed on the spot, I was given the option to wait or have a ride home and picked back up. Was give donuts and coffee.Very courteous and helpful staff. Always someone willing to help.

This location and the store manager Antonio is a shame for Canadian Tire brand. If you order a car product, chance is you will not get a call. If you get a call, they would not find the item in the store. And the compensation would be refund and good bye, sorry for the inconvenience and wasting your time. Will still use the location for gardening products, anything that you can "do it yourself and don't ask questions" type of a thing.

The automobile section was the worse customer service I have ever encountered! Do not go here! Not only were the employees rude and unprofessional but they made me wait 3 days for a part, when I was told it would only take 2 hours! On top of all of this they overcharge on everything and in the end never found the cause of the problem. This location was by far the worse experience. Even if it was my last resort I would never re-enter.

The worst service ever . I went there to change my tires and I asked the rep if they can do low profile tires and he said no problem and no scratches at all . They scratched all my rims . They did a very bad job . I complained for the rep guy and he told me to wait for the manager . I waited for a long time but the manager didn't show up . I paid and I left and I will never go to Canadian tire anymore . Very bad service and the worst customer service .

Repairs for emissions test. - The worse service I've ever seen. Get there and there are already two unhappy customers arguing with counter reps. Employees want nothing to do with helping customers. I should have left right there and then. Get my car fixed and ready for emissions, was told that I may need to drive it a bit before my engine light goes off. Fine. Drive it to work the next morning I notice smoke coming out of my engine. I take a look, someone had left an oily rag on the engine bloc
