My father's BMI anti-freeze valve was mishandled and broke. He went into pretty much every single hardware store including those who only caters to wholesale clients and he still couldn't find the product. It was a big deal because he really needed that piece of equipment. He wrote to BMI Canada asking if he could purchase directly from them. Not only did they respond quickly but they went far above and beyond, and asked him what he needed and shipped it to him by Fedex, free of charge. My d
