they don’t talk properly on phones she close the phone on me I just asked if she had a balloon of birthday she didn’t reply me I am not going there any more ?

Je ne retourne plus à se magasin. Les employées sont très bête. On semble les déranger quand on leur pose une question et lorsque jjajai demandé de replacer un ballon du bouquet je me suis fait repondre non parceque le neud était déjà fait. En plus à peine sortie du magasin un des ballon avec éclaté.

terrible service, don't order balloons from here they don't respect the time frame we waited 30-45 mins for our balloons and they didn't even have the one we pre ordered and they never called to notify, they wanted us to pay extra for other styles and was not even apologetic for messing up our order, and it was the manager who served us. just terrible!
