I called Tuesday morning to inquire on a central humidifier installation . The receptionist tookmdown all my information and stated a salesperson would cintact me providing all answers to my questions . Well I never got that call. When I called back I was told that they gave priority to service calls requiring heating repairs. So I guess they definitely do not need any new sales , clearly I ve been snobbed ...was not told this when I was promised a call back yesterday.
