When it’s time to buy, they are very ready for you. Service and warranty? Absolutely not impressive. Here is my story. I purchased a new massage table (etna). From the first week it was making noises when I used heavier pressures or even when the client got on and off the table. So, first they send me a photo of how to repair it myself. That didn’t work. Then they send someone who not a technician. He was a salesman. Nothing accomplished here. They finally take the table back to the warehouse. W
