NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID
AVOID AT ALL COST. THIS BUSINESS GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT THAT MADE ME TAKE 5 DAYS OFF WORK. ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT THE SALON WAS CLOSED. I LEFT A NOTE UNDER THE DOORS TO HAVE A CALL BACK BUT THEY NEVER DID. THEN LEFT SEVERAL MESSSAGES WITH NO REPLIES. ITS A SHAME TO SEE THAT THEY CAN TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS SO POORLY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT EVEN PICK UP THEIR PHONE TO RESCHEDULE NOR APOLOGIZE.
