Notkins est un établissement chaleureux. Notkins est ouvert tard du mardi au dimanche. L'accès est facile par transport en commun et vélo. Ils sont idéalement placés dans un quartier animé connu pour sa vie nocturne et son caractère et ses nombreux espaces verts.
Ce restaurant (même si on peut réserver pour des mineurs???) ne permet pas aux enfants de venir avec leurs parents. Nous avons appris ça sur place, et les employés nous ont refusés une table alors que nous avions bien réservés en avertissant que nous étions avec un enfant. Dommage.
Headed to Notkins for Valentine's Day last night. Dan was charming as always but they REALLY dropped the ball on the dinner. Having been there for many great meals in the past we were looking forward to some favs including fish tacos. So the menu is "in transition" aka NOT available. They had a "special" VD menu but the upper portion was not available. Since the menu was just in printed paper maybe reprint the "special " menu so it's accurate. Strike two! Always a great spot to take out of town guests. Service is always perfect. If you can't get a spot on the patio, the open air of the main floor makes the room very comfortable. Music can be a little loud. IF you sit at the bar, the shuckers are very entertaining and knowledgeable about all the seafood. All the items I have ever tried have been exceptional. Price makes it a bit of a splurge
