Think Pink Nail

My sister and I went in for shellac on our toes and fingernails. Asked for exactly that but workers gave us a full mani pedi that was very rushed. Understanding that it was close to closing and that you want to clock out, but making several mistakes like cutting the skin, curing polish on the skin, and just an overall messy job is just bad service. Had to go home and smooth out edges, take gel off from my skin, and applying polysporin on cuts. definitely not worth the cost. don’t recommend.

My mom and I went here today the woman who did my moms nails did a HORRIBLE job it wasn’t at all what my mom asked for and the nails were crooked and messy! It looked like a two year old painted them! My mom also wanted Ombré that was the picture she showed the nail tech and it wasn’t even close to ombré and they charged her an extra 5$ on top of her fill for it! Because of this they have lost me as a loyal customer! I called and messaged them to get some kind of reimbursement or a fresh new set

Male owner was arguing with me for a bigger tip, horrible customer service. Feel like the service is different every time I go, not consistent with pedicure services.

Don’t waste your money. Terrible terrible terrible!! The male owner has terrible customer service. Will not be back!

Amazing, very accommodating for big groups

Have going to this place and had worst pedicure ever. They say that most people spend about 1.5 hours there, well today I was there and home in less than an hour. I asked her to work on my heels more, she just ignored me as if she didn't understand. I was barely sitting under the dryer and she had her coat on and out the door. Terrible pedicure, not sure if I will ever go back as I could have saved my money and done just as good if not better at home!
