Hi I am sorry you had a bad experience with VJ. We did have a really rough summer this year with Canada Customs holding nearly our entire summer inventory for 2 full months. This was a difficult situation. We placed more orders hoping the new ones would come through customs quicker, but nope - they stopped nearly all of them. So we ran out of a lot of inventory this summer. We are, however, well stocked again on almost all products. We've also started working with a different customs broker and shipping agencies to hopefully prevent this kind of thing from happening again. I'd like to offer you my personal apology and let you know that we take this seriously. The issues that you mentioned in your review have been heard and discussed with our management team and we are doing what we can to make sure that nobody should have an experience such as yours while shopping with Vapor Jedi.
