Chutney Villa is one of Mount Pleasant’s most delicious hidden gems. Muralee Mariyadas grew up preparing traditional family recipes at her family home in Ceylon. Today, she excels at authentic South Indian and Sri Lankan delicacies such as masala dosas (crispy rice and lentil crepes), curries, biryani rice dishes and more. Try the kothu rotti, a unique Sri Lankan dish that features parata flat bread chopped with onion, green chilli and spices and fried with egg and meat. Delivery orders are placed through an easy-to-use online system ($20 minimum applies) and are subject to a $6.95 charge.
