My daughter joined ACMA when she turned 6. Today she is 11 and is a brown belt. The reason I put her in karate at the time was because she was underweight and on the weaker side. I noticed a huge difference in one year. She gained weight, strength and endurance. Today, she is very fit and much healthier as a direct result of her training. As soon as I walked in to Muse , I was greeted like a friend and loved the awesome atmosphere of the studio. The classes are SO good, they are challenging to the right level & the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable & fun - the best combo! I loved Muse so much that I made it my full time studio. As a first-time yoga student, I was a bit nervous, but they were so welcoming and friendly! I really enjoyed my experience. They also offer online booking on BMC which is awesome for me, as I need to be able to book a spot in a class last-minute, on-the-go. Great studio! Lire plus
