Bought a hall tree, among other things, from the Langley location, sadly the back to the tree was damaged when I opened the box. Not a big deal it happens. The staff ( I wish I got her name) was excellent in exchanging the damaged part for a new one they had in stock. Great service and a happy repeat customer.

Not a lot of staff around to ask for info, but they are available. I looked at shoes. All very inexpensive, but also cheaply made. I did buy some Converse brand socks that seem well made. Theyre certainly comfortable. There were cheaper ones but they were very thin and had no cotton in them. I think theyve hit their targeted market and price point. Which would be middle to lower middle class families.

I love the Bay...they try really hard to please everyone’s budget.. Great clothes lines...lots of good sales...just about everything my family and I wear is from the Bay!
I hope they never close down like Sears. They will always be my go to store for everything!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had not been to a dentist since I was 12. I was scard for life when I was younger by dentists that clearly had no clue about what they were doing. One dentist I went to for a couple fillings, he numbed me but didnt do it properly, when he started drilling i felt EVERYTHING. Dr.Emami and Krystal at Willowbrook dental are amazing!I got a root canal and I felt ZERO...NOTHING!! I am no longer scared and am getting more work done by Dr.Emami - I have a lot to get done! Thank you!!
