Two of our existing Hunter Douglas blinds had minor technical issues. Our dealing with her was a joy. Blinds were fixed and to return to us quickly (after being sent to HD, etc.).
If/when we do another blinds business, we know where to go now. :)

The service was excellent. While I was charged a $50 fee for a consultant to come to Kemptville it was waived when I purchased my blinds. I would definitely use this store again and recommend same due to the professional service and amazing service during installation. The job was done efficiently, with professional interest in choices and recommendations and at an affordable price.
