Water was running down in our backyard. Septic field backed up. I called Brian and he came to see the problem when he said he would. He explained the situation…gave me a quote and when he could start.
He came to do the job when he said he would and stuck with the job until it was finished in a very difficult terrain.
He took pictures of what he was doing at all stages to document the job. Had the equipment to do a professional job. He replaced the top soil and seeded the lawn. Great Job.

Yesterday I had my garburator replaced by a gentleman named Tien. I’ve never used Clearly Plumbing in the past but based on the exceptional experience I had with Tien, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Clearly again or recommend your business to others. Tien was very professional and took the time to explain the pros and cons of either attempting a repair of the existing unit or simply replacing it. He also was diligent in the post testing which resulted in the discovery of a drip. However, he took the time to ensure the job was done correctly the first time. He was also very personable and I think any business would be fortunate to have him represent their brand.

Mike was one of a kind. Owner and founder of his own business, he really seems to care. He took the time to go through all my drain pipes and let me watch to show me what he was seeing but better still, he explained it. He didn't upsell me and was very honest and the price was great. He got to my place at the beginning of the 1/2 hr range he said he would and proceeded to work on and clear my plugged toilet. He was the only one who answered his own phone and could tell me what part of the day he could get to my place. The rest I had to leave a message or fill out a form and they would get back to me at some point of the day. I definitely recommend him.
