I go to pawnshops and auctions all the time, trying to find neat things for my home without having to pay retail mark-up. When I was in this store a couple of weeks ago, I was amazed at how bright and organized it was. When I asked about a few things, they were very professional and even explained their Pricing Policy. I watched them deal with a lot of customers in the short time I browsed the store, and I have to say, they were very honest and professional with all of them. I bought some small jewelley items for my grandkids and was very happy to pay way less than half what a jewellery store would charge. My first time in and I will definitely be back.

Just loved how Andres and his wife dealt with me so professionally in a friendly manner. They were well versed with the knowledge and understanding of the current gold market. Was highly impressed as they were very accommodating to allocate a reasonable appointment time on an off day. I had researched on line and chose Calgary Gold because they were accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I saw they had just opened an office in SE Calgary that was easily accessible. I didn't know what to expect from my jewellery. Ashtyn, the Manager was thorough in explaining everything & showing how they test quality. I was very pleased with my transaction & felt I was given top $. I would definitely recommend Calgary Gold to my friends or anyone wanting to sell unwanted silver/gold.
