I purchased several appliances from them in the last two years. They all work fine except that the freeze of the fridge, which I recently purchased, was not working. I contacted Peter, and he replaced the fridge with a working one as soon as could despite his super busy schedule. I am very happy with their services. After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.
