Shoppers on Underhill Drive has been filling my prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner for several years now. Whenever I have a question about any of my medications or of any over-the-counter treatments, they have always been very friendly and helpful to me. I had a problem with the fast food place. Ordered poutine and it was ice cold. Took it back and someone told me I had to wait 15 mins because someone had accidentally turned off the gravy. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager refunded my poutines and gave me two free orders of chicken and fries. As I had a 15 month old baby waiting for lunch. She then told me to sit down and she would bring it. She brought them fresh and put a free small vanilla ice cream on my tray as well. Thank you shirley for making this right. You made my day!

The store hours are very convenient since I have been retired for ten years. Overhead signs on the aisles are often meaningless. I was looking for a jar of honey and the correct aisles is SPREDS.
I have to walk with a cane but when I push the cart that works very well. How you assign shelf space has not changed. Almost an entire length of an aisle shows unhealthy cereals! You stock only KASHI 2 different boxes. Potato CHIPS get a lot of shelf space - none are healthy .....
