He came in to a bathroom renovation that was partially completed by another company, and took the time to assess what needed to be done and explain how he would complete the job. hanleys plumbing is great company. rob has bailed me out of some very difficult situations at an extremely reasonable price and under some very trying circumstances. He wasted half a day of work returning a pump, that through no fault of his didnt work. So on this job he went and bought the pump, installed it, it worked for one week. he came back, took it out went back to the store where they gave him the runaround for a few hours. he finally got a new one and installed it. No charge!!

Had a leak and had to shut the house water off ! Carlo came same day sooner than quoted time . Problem resolved and water back on in less than an hour.
