Bella Mia was recommended to me by a friend, whose sister-in-law had her hair done there by Armando and spoke very highly of the salon.
I decided to get my hair cut (going from long to quite short) and went in to book an appointment. I was booked in with Harriet for the following Saturday. Harriet didn't want to cut my hair too short, seeing as it was a drastic difference and suggested leaving it a little longer, then if I decided, I could go back and have it shortened.
I did go back, and I have to say for someone who doesn't like going to the hairdresser that I will definitely go back. Harriet did such an amazing job on my hair and I love it more than I thought I ever would. She understood exactly what I wanted with the colour as well as the cut and it turned out perfectly. I am so thrilled to finally have had a positive experience with a hairdresser as well as the salon itself. The staff is courteous and friendly and I will recommend Bella Mia to anyone looking for a new salon.

Salon M2 is an oasis. From the moment you enter, you realize the staff is professional and trained to please. They excel in customer relations. Owner Marco Verrelli has an incredible eye for colour, cut and style and that extends into the design of the salon itself. If you are not entirely satisfied with where you are going, you shouldn't settle. I would highly recommend a change for the better. This might be Toronto's best secret but shouldn't be! I leave the salon feeling and looking great.

live in the area and was walking by this salon and decided I need a new change and I have always wanted to get bangs, so I got enough nerve to walk upstairs and talk to one of there stylist. I got a really nice guy by the name of david to talk to me about my hair. He was really nice and helpful, asking me many questions about what I do on a daily basis, if I blowdry or flat iron, we went pretty indepth with the consultation. So i was confident I found the person to do my hair. I booked with him the following week, and I have never been so happy for doing so, I have never had such a great cut and the colors he choose was amazing with my skin tone. everyone has loved the bangs on me and I am glade to have found this great place. Love the atmosphere

Before I got married I shopped around for different hair salons to see which ones could potentially give me the hair I wanted for my wedding day. Donna had done lots of experimental stuff and takes part in hair styling competitions, just what I was looking for. I ended up getting a full salon experience several days before my wedding, this way I could still change my mind if I needed to. Obviously I did not. I have been going to this salon for over a year and Grace has given me consistent and excellent results every time. I wanted platinum blonde hair and she is the best in the city. I have had bad experiences in the past with numerous 'colourists" but Grace has never let me down. She's the best. Highly recommend her. I have been to many spas before but this one was different. The moment I walked in the staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. My day started upstairs in the spa. I had a hot stone massage. It was great. I then had a facial, followed by a pedicure and then a manicure. My treatments were by far the best I had ever experienced. I was then brought back down to the main floor where my stylist did my hair. She was great. She knew exactly the look I wanted. It was the first time I didn't feel like I had to go home and redo my hair.
I can't wait to go back and do it all again.
