My wife and I just moved into a new condo that is managed by Mareka and I have to say that they are very efficient. The day that we moved in the property manager, Mary, made sure that we had a copy of the building's rules and regulations. She was also very welcoming and was able to answer all of our questions. Very impressed already.

Ive lived here for 10 years and this is a great spot in mississauga. Very convenient. Lots of work being done to building. Finally a management company that really cares about the building and enforces the rules. Bad Tenants arent allowed to get away with whatever they want.

Things have significantly improved during the last 2 years. All of the leaking roofs have been fixed and a solid fiscal plan has been put into place.
Condo fees did go up, but this year, they will not significantly increase.
My roof was leaking and I had considered selling my property but now I am glad that I stayed. There was a new manager during the last year, and she is phenomenal. She is on top of things and I can see a different in our community. She is also nice and approachable.
