This store has really good service. And the people were really helpful. They fixed a really broken XR screen within 30 minutes unlike other reputed places that take forever... almost up to a week. Anyways the prices were reasonable as well, and they’re really kind.

Great friendly service when I purchased a refurbished iPhone 8 for my son. I also got a vlear protective case and they threw in quick charger. The price was a bit higher than Walmart but without the delivery wait, i can support a local business and they'll be there for me in the future. The other good reviews of this business certainly influenced my purchase decision.

Called Fix It for Less on February 22, 2025 at 3:30 pm because my IPad Pro was frozen and would not work. They asked if I wanted to come in and they would have a look at it. Arrived at 4 pm and my issue with my iPad pro was fixed in 2 minutes at zero cost! How amazing is that! Highly recommend the wonderfully honest friendly owners at the Pickering location. Extremely pleased with the service I received at the HBC Fixt location. Everything was explained to me clearly and with no pressure tactics. Once I had decided to go ahead and have my phone opened to see why it wasnt charging, Richard, the tech, tried something else first. He used an air hose to check for dust. A huge piece popped out. We plugged in the phone, it worked perfectly. Richard even helped me with a few settings I wasnt sure of. Excellent service. No charge. Will definitely go back!

Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him.
