I have taken my cats to this clinic for many many years and they have always been amazing.
During the toughest of visits ( end of life assistance) they have gone above and beyond with their conpassion and care. They are always informative and open to any questions. Another great factor is that they are affordable.
Thankful we have such a great clinic in our area.

Ive worked at Chippawa Animal Hospital since Dr. Peggy Dowell opened her doors in 1991. The one thing I can say about working here is that staff dont leave. That speaks volumes to the atmosphere and family we have created over the years. We welcome new clients to join us. AMAZING TEAM !!!! Incredible experience twice !!!!!!! I have to take my dog in on Tuesday night since she was shaking and cant even walk and no appetite at all. Dr. Adel read all the results from my regular vet and diagnosed my dog immediately. And now my dog eats normal, wags her tail, gives kisses like nothing happened before.Your guys are incredible, trustworthy and thank you for doing such amazing compassionate and professional care in Niagara Region.

After my last vet couldn't figure out how to treat my very sick cat.
I gave heartland niagara animal clinic a try.It was the best move ever , they figure out whats wrong with my cat,and gave option of how to treat her. They explain pros and cons of each treatment. Thanks to them shes alive and pain free.
Very reasonable and kind veterinarians also staff is excellent.
I recommend it highly to all who love and care for their animals.

We recently had our golden lab in. Diagnosed with a uterus infection that had very quickly gotten so bad it had 6lbs of infection in it. Dr G and his staff saved our dogs life. Our 6 year old girl saved by an amazing Dr and staff. Dr G's bedside manner is excellent. His customer service amazing. His caring is second to none. I can honestly say, this is the first veterinarian and clinic I would ever recommend. Ridgeway animal hospital is also very good.

The vet and technicians know what they are doing. The vet is great I had my 2 -10 week olds chocolate labs in to see him he’s great with animals as if you don’t understand him he explains it in laymen’s terms so you do understand and he was great handling the puppies and hi technicians are so friendly and haven’t heard anyone complain at all about him. The end of the month they go back for there boosters and to be microchipped. Then next June it’s neutering time for both my males. Try him out.

Dr Wilson was fabulous. I have been a client at his clinic since 2001. He has always listened to our concerns and patiently explained all of our options. He has gained the trust of our most timid and skittish rescue dog, which goes to show that he is a true animal lover. All the staff at the St. Catharines Animal Hospital are extremely friendly and very professional. Dr. Boctor is a wonderful,caring individual who is truly considerate of his furry patients...He is a ‘cut above the rest’. My sister & I ‘inherited our parents’ dog, Molly,who has many health issues. Dr. Boctor took her in, nursed her back to health and Molly now has the renewed ‘vim & vigour’ of a dog with a new lease on life. Mom and Dad would have been extremely grateful.. Thank you very much!
