Cannot say enough good things about this store. Brian truly cares about his customers and treats them like family. They're fair, honest and have gone the extra mile for us numerous times.
I lost the stone out of my engagement ring, maybe two weeks after they inspected the claws; not only did they send it in for assessment, but they COVERED the entire cost for the replacement diamond without requiring we pay a cent/go through insurance.

I have gotten two pieces of jewelry for my girlfriend from here now, and both times I was greeted with exceptionally friendly customer service, and helpful tips on what to buy. The price was very reasonable and I have had no problems with any of the products. I will continue to purchase from this brilliant outlet and would recommend others to do the same.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I forget the names of the two ladies that helped my fiancé but they were incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect engagement ring and were not pushy or rude like other Jewelery stores.
