I visited the Mercedes salon for the first time for a colour and cut. My hair has not looked this good for years. Had so many comments saying how fantastic it looks. Glad I made the decision to change to this salon. I LOVE IT!! All the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Thank you very much Mercedes ?

Professional environment. Did have to wait to long. Only problem, they should of ask how long or how thick you want your hair braided. Otherwise overall experience was great.

Always kind, professional, and consistently delivering exactly what I am looking for! The support staff are also excellent. Very warm, friendly and attentive. Such a comfortable environment to walk into.

I had an appointment with Marilyn today for a layered trim and a blowout and she completely brought my hair back to life. I work quite a lot so I’ve never put much time or thought into styling it and I never really learned how to style it regardless. Today was the first time in a very long time I got a blowout and looking at my final results in the mirror almost made me tear up, I forgot how beautiful my hair could look. Marilyn also taught me how to style my curtain bangs. Will be back !

When I first stepped into the salon I was welcomed by staff and then sat down and waited. As I waited I was listening to the lady's talk and they made me laugh so much. Once it was my turn my stylist asked me a couple of things to get a good idea of what I wanted and all through the whole thing she was asking do I like this or is this a good length. She made sure that I was happy. Overall this place is an amazing place for a good laugh and a great haircut.
