I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car.
Seriously?
That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.
I brought the car in the next morning and waited for magic to be done. Excellent experience!

I dropped my car (2008 Corolla) to empire to get it detailed and they far surpassed my expectations. They cleaned it so well both the interior and exterior. I havent seen my paint so clean before. I am going back to get my windows tinted and to get my car rust proof.

The Team at Detail n Plasti were amazing from start to finish. They were very responsive and offered mobile service at a very reasonable price that saved me from having to commute to their downtown shop. Got my Kia Forte cleaned by these guys and they did an amazing job. It looked like i just pulled it off the dealership lot. Sean and Johnny are both very professional and polite and very helpful when it comes to directing you to the best package appropriate for you and your needs. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know and even more. If I could give them 10 stars I would lol.
