Today I had a few chips in my shower repaired. Excellent quality work. The chips are gone and I can’t even tell wheee they were. On time, extremely reasonable cost and great workmanship. I would highly recommend Master Reglazing!

Cody and Colby recently delivered and installed a side vent dryer. A side vent is almost impossible to find and even more difficult to install in a very tight space. Most people would just given up trying to make it fit. Cody and Colby were not to be defeated and found a way to get it to fit properly. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service.

I find the proprietor to be forthright and knowledgeable. he has provided repair service for our sewing machine, lawn mower, and chain saw. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense. I will return to BJ's with more business when required.

Excellent customer service provided by Mauricio and Mike!! Needed assistance immediately with appliance purchased from the company. Technician was able to check the appliance out next business day. I will rely on this company for my future appliance needs :)

The first time I used Jay Will Appliances, it was for a dishwasher repair. He said that he could fix the problem but it would probably be cheaper to replace the dishwasher itself. I truly appreciated his honesty. I recently called him again for a fridge repair. He put time and effort into researching and providing information for a possible fix. Again, I appreciated his time and dedication. I highly recommend Jay Will Appliance to anyone needing repairs.

The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. Had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. They came out and serviced our old refrigerator a few weeks ago and solved the problem immediately. Unfortunately, another problem loosely tied to the same issue arose within a couple of weeks and they came out, took care of it, made modifications to try to prevent it from happening again, cleaned up afterwards, recommended new fridges in case this one goes soon (it's 17 years old) and waived the fee because their work is warranted (even though it app
