I had a very satisfactory experience with Bruce at the floral department on Thursday, Apr 9. I ordered an item from floral and the employee was more than helpful. Not only was I well informed, but the order was delivered almost immediately. I am from outside town and such great service doesnt happen every day. I felt it should not go unnoticed. This store is just the right size for me to get around and both the staff and customers are really helpful when I have a problem finding something or reaching and lifting. And I particular like that they have carry-out which is great especially for the senior population (like me), I love my Sobeys.
