I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. My car got stuck in a ditch in the winter. I didn't have to wait long until they arrived. The service was professional and friendly. As a mom with two young kids, it was very reassuring especially in a situation like this. I will definitely call them again next time!

I have no trouble finding someone to help me when I need it and that is important. Prices are good as well. I shop at the Orillia store a lot although not so much for groceries, but pet food and household items.

I dont know why Jeff received such a nasty review from that one customer but I have to tell you that when we brought our Tiguan to him with an engine light on and previous to that we had CTC (I know I know) take a look at it and replaced the fuel pump to the tune of $1500 only to have the problem persist and another shop replacing plugs and ignition coils for another $500 again only to have the issue persist, Jeff zeroed in on clogged intake valves. Fixed it right away and car runs like new.

Had my friend take her car there today for an oil change. They got her in pretty much right away. Bill and John are both amazing Men and very awesome, great to their customers and they give their all to make sure their customers are happy. While Roger checks what's wrong with your vehicle he will find out if their is anything else that should be done to maintain your vehicle's safety. This is really helpful so that you can avoid major repairs down the road. Roger's Auto Repair services are so professionally done you will be satisfied. Personal family service. When you drive you will be thanking him for such a great service. While you're there I recommend you must get a mist quality air done. It kills germs and spores that live in the duct work of your vehicle. You'll feel better and breathe better!
So I suggest you go to Bracebridge and check it out. Spread the word to your friends and family!
