They are non responsive, cheap, filthy and lying all the time. Horrible place to get your phone serviced from.They will literally steal the original parts from your phone and then will not even call you for your device after they are repaired.

These guys are always excellent. They have never pressured or advised us into unneeded repairs, and have always resolved issues thoroughly. Definitely would recommend to someone else.

This business should not be in business! They sell you the wrong item, wont give a refund and call you names as you are leaving. Its dirty, filthy and they have children in the same room, in a mess listening to how their parents take care of their customers. AWFUL place!!!

Owner lied about using a new phone battery,when performing a battery change. The phone severely malfunctioned after he serviced it. He offered no apologies, and no explanation about why it happened. After contacting the manufacturer, they confirmed that the battery used was either used, or a poor-quality knock-off. They explained to us that a brand new, genuine battery would not have caused this malfunction. Very upsetting to be lied to

Gave back a broke phone that they claimed was repaired 160 spent was refunded finally

I brought my daughter's LG G3 today to the Cellphone Doctor to have the SIM card reader replaced. I broke the SIM card reader when I switched the SIM cards. When I came to pick up the phone, I was told that all the data from the phone had been erased because they couldn't boot the phone after installing the new SIM card reader on the phone. I was told only after all of this had happened. And I had to pay for the full service fee even after invaluable memories in the phone are lost forever.

If you're looking for honest and reliabe service... Do not go here. Unfortunatly I made the mistake of walking through the doors, service was charged for and then they did not carry out thier end of the deal. Now it's with AB consumer complaints. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Incredible service! My 7 month old S4 Mini quit charging and Samsung has no warranty partner in Calgary. I didn't want to loose use of it for 10 days so called around. These folks had charger port in stock (other places did not) so I brought it in. But it turned out to be a bad mother board. They had a phone like mine in stock, so put its board in my phone for the price they quoted for the port. They xferred my contacts & pics to boot! In under 1 hour I left with working phone, for a good price!

The price was reasonable andnwork was done in a timely manner. Time will gauge the durability of the repair. The customer service however, will not see my repeat business. I was served by their employee Michael (Mike) at the MacLeod location. Not only did I have to get back in contact 4 times to get my invoice, when I finally got it there were 2 significant errors on it. The customer service of the owners wasn't much better and I will take my business elsewhere next time, even if more expensive
