    A dreadful experi...

    A dreadful experience with Dr. Rafiq. Once he showed up late for our appointment, he then proceeded to get me out of his office as quickly as possible. Very little care shown to me the patient, and he comes across VERY arrogant. He also mentioned he preferred to spend more time doing research work...no doubt!

    35.00 dollar char...

    35.00 dollar charge and requires cash or debit ( and cost to me of driving there as they wont take Visa - only debit/ cash) to forward my file to my new doctor is a ridiculous price to charge. If faxing it would not cost that- and mailing would not cost that amount either. This clinic is charging way over what is a reasonable amount to charge. Would not recommend to anyone.

    Our doctor is lea...

    Our doctor is leaving the practice, so we found a new doctor at a different clinic. We had been going to this clinic for 2 years and were fairly happy with our Doctor. WARNING! This clinic withheld our personal medical records and will not release them to us unless we pay them $25.00 a piece. I could see them charging if we were constantly asking them to send information but they denied a VERY reasonable one time request! Go somewhere else, the clinic itself is nothing special and this

    Don't bother comi...

    Don't bother coming to this place. It's a joke, I made an appointment, got in right away to a room the place was swamped before I went in. I was in the room for 2 hours, came out there was 1 person left in the waiting room. Made appointment for nothing. Ridiculous! Apparently was called for follow up test results, never did get messages. So they sent a letter. I called to try to make a appointment they said that was not allowed. I go there I have to line up for results too. Receptionist was snarky how she doesn't believe I didn't receive a phone call. 1.5 hours later, they tell me everything is fine... WOW! Thanks I just realized my life has nothing better to do, then to sit here and pick up germs with you guys.

    The doctor I had ...

    The doctor I had here seemed to not care about my well being. I got a swab test in my throat for strep, and after it was taken I heard the doctor making fun of me and talking about me in the hall. Then he comes in and says it will take 3 DAYS!! It's been 3 days so I called in and the lady was clueless, she put me on hold and then told me she didn't know... So she would call me back. I couldn't answer my phone so I called back 3 TIMES with no answer. I finally got to talk to the nurse and she said the doctor needed to see me. Very unorganized, seems like they need to be trained better.
