    I hired this caterer for my wedding as I wanted a BBQ meal. there food was great I can not deny that but that is where it ends!! My guests were standing in line waiting for food and when I went back to see what the hold up was they were BBQing themselves a pizza instead of my guests meal. The professionally attired staff they have show up in sweat pants and high top running shoes, my idea was a little different of professional dress. If you do use them do not pay for any extrras even if you do have containers for extra food as they take everything but the salad home with them. When you complain about the service no one cares or even has the decency to get back to you. I have used many other catering companies and will continue to do so , but this will not be one of them.!

    A Cappella Catering has garnered a reputation for being easy to work with. We are committed to continuing to provide our customer with superior value based on excellent food and service. We ask that you take a look at our website and get a sense of our food and services. We also have some wonderful feedback from our clients and great photos. We believe that we are a fair company and feel we handled this client’s concerns in a professional manner. In the end, we felt that he was walking away satisfied. The client fails to mention that in the end, they did walk away happy with the refund given as well as an explanation as to what happened. They are also failing to mention how impressed they were with our supervisor on site and our bartender. When they were in the office following the event they raved about the two of them. We are not denying that mistakes were made. The time that they did not hear from us was time in which we took to discuss the concerns with the staff on shift. We do this to understand exactly what happened throughout the event. Staff are entitled to a “break” when appropriate. Staff used the BBQ to heat their food chose a poor time to take a break. We hold a high standard for the uniforms worn on site. Uniforms are sourced through a reputable suit shop and are dry-cleaned professionally. The staff member in question was a last minute fill in for another staff who fell ill. Instead of running the shift one server short and risking the quality of service, we did what we thought would rectify the situation. We do not charge for leftovers. All clients are free to take any or all leftover food. As explained to this client, during his event, the guests were helping themselves to the leftovers as they passed through the kitchen. When this was explained to him following the event he understood and was thankful.
