I was at Launch Pad with my daughter and her friend and ordered a pizza which would have been coming from this location. 45 minutes after the order was placed Launch Pad tried calling this location to find out why my order hadn't arrived but the line was busy. I continuously tried to call myself for another 30 minutes but the line kept giving me the same busy tone. I even tried getting transferred from the main line and same thing. After 1 hour and 15 minutes the pizza never showed.
It is the worst place I went ever !!! I went there to make my 3 kids happy and I will never go there again ! I was there at 4:30pm I finally ate home at 6:30pm. kraft dinner is fancy beside of it !! 77$ for completely nothing but a big waste of time! The manager is nothing but a rude person Not even a little sorry !!
