Brilliant service from start to finish, everyone was so helpful and their expert opinions really helped when we were trying to decide on what option of flooring to go with. Will be recommending Sands to all of my friends. Thank you again.

Poor business ethics

Poor business ethics... I had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with the owner and sales team. I was quoted set prices for a decent sized order of various tiles. After 3 trips of pairing tiles and pricing I was ready to pick up the order. I went in to purchase and pickup the order, only to be told that they raised their prices since my last visit (within 20 hours) through the same sales guy. They offered no solution except to pay close to double the quoted price. They knew I needed the tile right away, and it was in stock. They blatantly tried to rip me off because of my situation. I highly recommend finding your materials elsewhere.
