They were nice and i got what I wanted but it sucks there closed boxing day :(

I am writing this while currently standing at the counter in store. I have had four or more employees walk by me without saying a word and have been nothing short of ignored for over five minutes. I am well-versed in quality customer service and this was far from it.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I've had questions about issues with my computer and they pointed me on the right track. They carry good quality products and their prices are quite competitive. Definitely the place to go for computer parts in Red Deer. They also have a really good selection of hobby supplies and board games. I've bought Dice for DnD and board games. Haven't had a bad experience here, ever.

We have always been pleased with the service and sales staff. We have bought many office laptops over the years from Comp u soft never have had any complaints.

TERRIBLE!

The staff burned me on my gaming computer which i hired them to make for me. Having the bios in "Performance mode" is apparently considered overclocking and voids the warranty. they want me to pay for the repair parts now... a waste of $3500. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
