Place is clean, and attractive. Good parking. Receptionists are professional and polite. Drs are efficient and thorough. It's a busy place but managed well. As a walk-in, I am grateful that I can phone in for a time to come by.

Dr Rossouw is the best doctor in Red Deer. Staff are always friendly, professional and willing to help. Phone line is very busy.

Was in first thing on a Monday morning for a throat swab. If there was an issues we were supposed to be called by Tuesday afternoon. I finally called on Thursday because my daughter cannot even swallow saliva....only to be told we would get a call later and she is contagious. Yes she has strep and now has to miss work because they are so delayed in getting back to us. Front staff mumble and can hardly be heard.

Impatient Staff. Rude. Unorganized. Kept repeating the procedures. Very impersonal.

The staff are great and the Doctors are very caring and informative. I have seen most of them at least once and have been very happy with my treatment from all of them.
