Lost my kids dog within a few hours of being dropped off for boarding. He was found run over on hwy 16a, the next day. DO NOT leave your pets with these people ! They may not make it home. my kids are devastated. I am making it my mission in life to spread the word on social media about how poorly run this outfit is. do yourself a favor and find a more reputable establishment. That will take care of your family member/pet.

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this place... do not bring your dog to this facility ever. Kids on staff, poor monitoring of your dogs and zero accountability when something goes wrong.

Absolutely amazing facility. My dog actually enjoys staying here. Fantastic staff! I have a dog with health issues, and they have always been wonderful about taking care of him.

This is an EXCELLENT facility. Would recommend it to everyone. Clean facility and great, caring staff. Pets are cared for as if they were their very own.
