Staff was so helpful and friendly. My sunglasses were shipped to me quickly. I would highly recommend Universal Vision Optical to anyone looking for great service and high quality name brand products.

The treatment I was given on September 16th when I came to pick up my new eye glasses and the treatment I received on August 25th when I selected and paid for my glasses was vastly different. On September 16th, the woman who was was supposed to help me collect my order did not ask me to sit at any of the vacant desks, but kept me standing at the front counter, where customers were settling their bills. I wasn't given a chance to try on the glasses properly and was turned out from the front door.

Total rip off we both glasses there charged us $350for the frames. Went to another store and they showed us the same frames in the order book. They cost $10..and the frames didnt fit well and they would do nothing about it. Stay away from this place.they don,t care about there costumers Just want you money

First time to get such one on one help to make sure prescription is right, very nice people and excellent customer service, I will recommend to anyone needing prescription help

I've gone to this place most of my life, they are quick, helpful, fantastic prices. When I had a small issue with a new pair, they rechecked everything and fixed it up for me no problems! These guys are the best.
