Waited a long time to get my order and it was wrong. How disappointing.
This is the slowest Tim Hortons in the Western Community.There is a very bad communication problem at this outlet trying to get your order.I talked to the higher staff who I found very rude.I would not endorse this location though all the other locations seem very good and may i add friendly
They always mess up your order
received extremely poor/horrible customer service from the assistant manager at this location. Was so rude and not the slightest bit helpful when one of her associates messed up my total. Will never be going back to this location again.
Love it here, it's my favourite place for coffee and hanging out to play scrabble
Food is presented CHEAP! Coffee, and food is either served cold or food is burnt, and even smelling of perfume! Orders are served wrong, and service is lack of manners. Staff is students which is fine as they are learning, but where is the shift supervisors on shift? Shift supervisors, management should be fired. Customers are paying their hard earned money for their food, and service! This Tim Hortons location is disgusting.
Worst Tim Hortons in Canada. Last visit the person working the drive thru could not understand my order which was very complex with a coffee one cream and a breakfast sandwich on a biscut with sausage. To be fair english or french is not their first language. Perhaps they should not be working the drive thru but thats just my opinion. So I am then asked to place my order at the drive thru window... Fine... Get to the window to fund no one there and three employees chatting it up. I sat at the window for two full minutes before driving off. Now I must also tell you that 90 percent of the time when I do actually get to place an order there it is wrong and the customer service is non existant. I have no idea what language they speak there but I do not appreciate being talked about in thier language in front of me and it is painfully obvious they are. Not that it will matter to them but i refuse to ever go back there
