Less then good speed of service and meal

It took 35 minutes in a pretty much dead period to get a ham and grilled cheese and a beef dip. The kitchen obviously needs more training. The decor is nice though, and our server was genuine. The pepper pot soup is very good though, the only thing that would make me go back.
