I purchased a groupon for lipolaser. I will not be going back there that's for sure! They only had one lady working, and two customers. So she had to be going back and forth between myself and a lady getting a pedicure, as well as the interruption's of the business phone and people coming in the door. The spa felt kinda dank, I was defiantly worried about cleanliness, and the lady running the show seemed unprofessional and frazzled.

My sincerest apologies for that lack of staff i had for one month...I had two people quit at the same time....and i was short staffed for one month due to this...and rather than shut down the spa, whilst rehiring and retraining...we kept open for the current clients with limited staff some days as to not disrupt their already paid for laser services...we now have 4 staff fully trained..and if you would like to come back ...your next service will be complimentary to make up for your last service.
