No CUSTOMER service nor genuine appreciation. #1) Penalty for paying a few days late = 50% of rental rate? Huh? Their response, "Did you read your contract?" #2) COD (for $3 GST) package delivery attempt repeatedly refused; no attempt to notify me (phone call, card in box, something???) #3) Zero concern when I cancelled due to poor service; didn't ask/care why. TIP: OK you've got your systems down (+1 star) but you need to remember how to respect and SERVE your WHY: The Customer.
