Helpful, friendly service, honest and good prices. They don't sell you used rental gear like the chain stores I've been to.

After waiting in ...

After waiting in line for 5 minutes while another customer was helped, I was completely ignored. Instead, my husband was approached on the other side of the room (nowhere near the desk where I was still waiting.) My husband was looking at an instrument and perhaps looked more than me like he was buying. Once I did start to get help, the service was as rude as possible without being overt. We ended up with the wrong size of what we were looking for, which we realized once home. I would never go back to this store.
