A real shame. They build beautiful looking homes but when something goes wrong (and it did for us, quite quickly) you find that the lovely exterior hides substandard work. I have heard independently that their quality has become unpredictable in the last 10 years (as of 2015). When problems are pointed out they will not fix them and you will end up paying for it (as we are, right now).
